What started as a creative escape during my law studies quickly turned into something much more. Baking was my way of unwinding between revision sessions, but I soon realised that each cake I made was a personal creation. The flavours, the designs, the stories behind them - it all came together in a way I didn’t expect.​

 

The part I love most? Seeing someone’s face light up when they first see their cake. That little moment of joy is what inspires me to keep pushing myself, to make each design more personal, more thoughtful, and more memorable than the last. 

 

I grew up on a farm in the British countryside, surrounded by the beauty of seasonal ingredients and homegrown food. These simple, thoughtful values shape how I bake today, from the ingredients I use to the care I put into every detail.​
